Why nutrition for busy mums?

The cornerstone of The Fairy Food Mother is providing realistic nutrition for busy mums. We all want to be the best mums we can be, and this involves investing all of our energy into our children. Of course, our children need and deserve all of our energy, but this often comes at the expense of your health.

Mums’ nutritional needs are increased

Pregnancy, childbirth and the ensuing stress and sleeplessness that comes with a newborn baby deplete the body of vital nutrients which do not always get replenished.

This can lead to nutritional imbalances and a multitude of symptoms which can build up over time and lead to longer-term health issues.  The symptoms and conditions that most of my clients come to me with include:
