I have a special interest in nutrition for women’s health.

I spent the best part of my 20s climbing the career ladder in the media & advertising industry in London, before changing careers and turning to nutritional therapy instead. Many of my clients are professional working women suffering with a host of health conditions.

The perils of the 21st century

Stress, alcohol, caffeine, sugar, oral contraceptives, rich food, late nights and commuting deplete the body of vital nutrients. These common lifestyle choices also wreak havoc with our hormones and digestive systems.

There is increased pressure in today’s society for women to be all things to all people. Pressure to rise to the top wearing nothing less than killer heels. However, this only contributes to even greater levels of stress.
